Disposable syringe made of synthetic material for medical use, comprised of a cylinder (1), a piston (2) provided with a piston rod (3) guided by the wall of the cylinder to provide for a clearance, and of a cover (4), the piston (2) being releasably connected to the piston rod (3). The piston (2) is at least partially flexible since wall elements of considerably reduced thickness are provided on the piston body. Claims (2) [1] Claim 1. A disposable plastic syringe containing a cylinder with a tapered tip for the cannula nozzle, a piston made of elastic material with a rod located in the cylinder, is installed in the cylinder with a gap with the possibility of a connector with a rod having a cylindrical recess for the rod, a cover including a disk with a central hole for rod with two cylindrical beads coaxially located on both sides of the disk, the inner of which serves as a guide for the rod and has a length of at least * equal to the maximum diameter at the rod, and the outer flange is in contact with the cylinder wall, characterized in that, in order to increase the reliability of the syringe, the outer flange of the cap is installed inside the cylinder with an interference fit formed by permanent deformation and has a recess, and the cylinder has a protrusion to enter the recess, the piston made of polyethylene in the form of a bell-shaped body of revolution, the open end facing up, and has a cylindrical element adjacent to the lower part of the piston and located in its cavity along the axis, forming an annular cavity between it and the piston wall ny, a recess for the rod is located in a cylindrical element, the side wall of the piston is formed by three sections, the middle of which is made cylindrical, and the adjacent sections diverging from the axis of the piston, and the wall thickness of these two sections is made decreasing towards the ends of the wall, and the cylindrical section has a constant thickness and stiffness in excess of the stiffness of adjacent conical sections.
